Bishop Sarah leads services of remembrance
On Sunday 10th November, the Bishop of London, the Rt Revd Sarah Mullally, led the congregation gathered at the Cenotaph in prayer, paying tribute to those who had died in the service of their country and of the Crown, in a short service which included the Lord’s Prayer and the hymn O God, Our Help in Ages Past.
On the evening of Saturday 9th November, Bishop Sarah led the service at the Royal British Legion’s Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall, paying homage to the service an sacrifice of the brave men and women of His Majesty’s forces, past and present.
