The Bishop visited the new Engine Room Community Centre and St Frances Church in Hale Village, Tottenham Hale. The Engine Room is the first new Anglican Church building to be erected in London for 40 years and when completed will provide the community with a 24 space nursery, a café, two community halls, a learning workshop and a chapel for prayer and worship.
