The Bishop has led a service in thanksgiving for the contribution of the Venerable Dr William (Bill) Jacob, Archdeacon of Charing Cross to the Diocese of London and to Westminster, as he prepares to retire after nineteen years of service to the Diocese and many more years of ministry in the Church of England.
